A true Italian icon, our Mini Panettone is slow-proved and made with just a handful of exceptional ingredients. Beautifully sweet and soft, it’s delicious as a decadent breakfast with a cappuccino for company, or as a light and airy treat during an afternoon pausa caffè.

Wheat flour, sultanas 18%, eggs, butter (milk) 11%, sugar, candied orange peels 6% (orange peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), milk, egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sugar syrup, natural vanilla flavour, cocoa butter, salt.

Our Packaging

Our Mini Panettone Classico is packaged in a polypropylene film (European code #05). Few local authorities in the UK are able to accept the film bag in the local council recycling centre, although it can be recycled alongside carrier bags in large supermarkets.

Did you know?

The history of panettone is shrouded in mystery: some believe its roots began in the honey-sweetened cakes of Ancient Rome. But panettone as we know it today — with its distinctive domed shape and familiar airy texture — was created by Milanese baker Angelo Motta, in 1919.
