Margherita Pinsa Romana
POMODORO • MOZZARELLA
Pinsa is how the Romans do pizza. The distinctive paddle-shaped base is where you notice the real difference; a combination of rice and wheat flour in the dough, together with a little more water than a typical pizza, creates a cloud-like texture both extremely light and satisfyingly crunchy.
Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Mozzarella Cheese (Milk) (26.5%), Water, Tomato Puree (10.8%), Chopped Tomato (8.8%), Rice Flour, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Onion, Malted Wheat Flour, Natural Mother Yeast, Yeast, Garlic, Basil.
Suitable for Vegetarians. For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of soya and mustard seed.

ITALIAN INGREDIENTS
When it comes to eating, we don’t settle for anything less than ingredienti eccezionali. Gathered from growers, artisans and culinary appassionati across Italia, from Tropea to Torino. Prepared with respect and care.

Our Packaging
Our Pizzas sit on a cardboard disc, wrapped in HDPE (European code #02) and then in a cardboard box. The cardboard is widely recycled in kerbside domestic collections. However, few local authorities in the UK are able to accept the film in the same domestic recycling, although it can be recycled alongside carrier bags in some supermarkets.
DID YOU KNOW?
Our Leopardo symbolises the hallmark of authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas and is achieved through a wood firing process which creates a golden crust with small spots of scorch marks - reminiscent of a leopard’s markings - that enhances flavour and complexity of our pizzas.
